Pippa getting ready to go home with her new Dad.

Meet Pippa. The 7-month-old Australian Cattle Dog-mix was brought in as a frightened stray on Halloween. She had been found wandering near a gas station in Pennsdale. Nervous and unsure, she would move as far back into her kennel as she could get when a human approached and press herself into the corner. Leashes also freaked her out.

Slowly, with time and attention, she began to warm up to human touch. It wasn’t soon afterward that her new family spotted her. The couple and their three children visited with her and fell in love.  Now, Pippa is spending the holidays surrounded by laughter, warmth, and love. Congratulations Pippa and family!
